We continue II- CRUSHING THE GALATIC TRADE NETWORK
Do not Undercut !
If you played a MMO before you might know what undercut is and already used this method. However this not the right thing to do.
Undercut = putting an item in the GTN much lower than all the other competitors, wich is a 100% guaranteed sell.
A lot of people does it, they make money but as much as they could wich will make them fail in the long way. And they break the economy ! Because people undercut other people’s undercut … and then the prices are lower and lower and no more profitable. Therfore please do not do this cause you will destroy your own market. Let people sell their item for cheap and just wait, yes patience is the key, even if you will make tons of credits when Star wars the old republic releases you will need to learn how to be patient.
Look, would you like to make to make 50 000 credits in a day and make this market not worth it or would you like to have 3000 credits and make at least 100 000 after a few days and continue to dominate the market for months ?
Let’s make an exemple, you looted a blue helmet on a mob “Voidwalker’s Augment”, let’s make some money :
Seller Price
Yoda4life 1200 Credits
DerpSith 1250 Credits
You 2100 Credits
As this is a blue item we assume that only 3 helmet are in GTN. The first months after the release rare items will sell at high price and very quickly.
Here Yoda4life undecutted Derpsith, wich make him on top and he will sell the item first. You could do that only if you need quick cash to buy something right now.
Anyway those two guys made money but you will make 70% more than they. Why ? because these cheap helmets will be sold quick and some people will think “that guy is mad, way overpriced” . But they still need it because it’s better than their own helmet and that will help them level up and Pvp. They may wait few hours and then buy it with “oh fuck i buy it”. You made 850 more credits than people who undercut and you just wait few hours. It might looks long for you but you will not only have one item in GTN, you will sell thing regularly and you will not feel like you are waiting ! It’s even more true swtor releases, you will not have to wait long with people rushing their levels, people who wants stuff for pvp and pve ownage, and of course stupid people, wich is the next The Swtor Credits guide method.
This is the simple method wich some of you may have not even think about :
Selling green items !
A very effective techniques because you and people will loot green items during your leveling. And what most people do is selling them on vendors because they think its crap, it makes some money and free a bag slot. You will make profits selling green items in GTN, you will make rather small money but in high quantity. Each time you loot a green item with your main character send it to your alt to put it in GTN. You will then sell them using the same technique as seen above, you will not sell a green item 3000 credits but you will make good cash. People will often sell green items at really low price, because they do not even think they will sell them, you should buy those items and resell them in GTN, it could takes a few days to be sold but it’s still profits! And you will not only same one but at least ten at once, and this will makes you easy credits everyday. Every 2 hours you should filter for green items in GTN and buy cheap ones then resell. This is a really underestimated method.
You may asking why they would buy crappy green items? Because some people are stupid and buy items because it has better stats while they have a better item in their next quest. They can also be used for those who wants to power leveling, they will have tons of item in their bank and will equip them at each lvl to not waste time and power. Some epic and blue items will have some crappy stats, even green items will have better stats, but do not be afraid, if the item is purple or blue, sell it at high price, it will sell.

III- Dominate the Crafting in your server
There is two way to dominate crafting in your server :
1 - Learn Armstech, Armortech or Synthweaving and be in the first ones to master it. You will be one of the few people to have access to certain stuff and you will make a lot of credits. But it could be hard if you do not buy the crafting materials. That’s why you may want to do this after you made some credits. Therefore you should use the Crafting material trick in Part 1 but instead of resell materials you keep them. At the release when you will buy to resell items, check for cheap crafting materials and use it to level up your craft. You also may announce on chat that you buy “*****x20 for **credits”. Ask for a cheap price and people will PM you because they want quick money even if they could have made more ( we already talk about that).
A nice method you should use is to join a guild. Tell them you want to be the master crafter on the server and you will buy their material for cheap or even accept free materials 
. If you are in a guild specialized in PVE or PVP it’s even better because you should tell them that you will craft the best equipement for the guild. They will help you for sure, you will level fast and then sell your crafts wich only a really small number of people will have access to this equipement and it will worth a lot.
2 - Supply those who want to be master crafter. That was one of my main income in World of Warcraft. You search for the master crafter and offer to send him ****x20 for *** Credits when you have the materials. Most of them will accept because they need a lot of materials and when the game release it will be harder to get materials. You now have three ways to have those materials : – Buy it from the GTN before they do. If you sell them for 300 credits and you see a stack of materials for 200 credits buy it. – Get a gathering skill, level it up while you are leveling or just farm. – Tell people who sell a lot of materials in the GTN that you would buy their whole stock everytime for ***credits per 20 materials. and of course it will be cheaper than how much you sell to the master crafter = profits.
In Wow i had my sellerr and my buyers. Sellers send me stacks of 20 for 100 gold in my mailbox and i send it to my buyers for 130 gold. At the beginning you talk with them and then all i did was playing with my mailbox, it was all automated, did not even have to contact them i sent and received my money. I do not need to tell you that they should not know that lol!
